Strong Men Strong Marriages
Traditional marriage counseling and marriage coaching will tell you to work on communication. A pastor might tell you to sacrifice more and forget about yourself.
But, what actually works when it comes to creating a strong, passionate marriage? One that's full of love, connection and intimacy?
Find out with us on our podcast, Strong Men Strong Marriages.

Saying “No” Builds Trust
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Believe it or not, saying “no” to your wife and others builds trust.
You can’t say “yes” to everything. Even “yes” to everything your wife says.
It’s not realistic.
And your wife knows this.
So, if you say “yes” to everything, she’ll be constantly wondering… “does he really mean it?” She’ll remind you a bunch and feel let down when you don’t follow through.
But, when you start saying “no…”
You show strength. You feel less overwhelmed. You are reflecting reality.
And you build trust.
